RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. Thus, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will of course allow you to refund or exchange your item(s). 

 

All orders can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the items. 

​

To return:

- Fill in the Angrerettsskjema and pack this together with with your returned item(s). Remember to fill in your order number. 

- Pack the good in a secure way.

- Use the pre-made return slip which is sent together with your order. You can also use another party method if you prefer. If so, send the parcel to "Moe Winsnes Studio, venåvegen 27A, 0672 Oslo". We recommend to send with a track & trace number.

- We will reimburse your order when we have received and checked the goods. The return cost are covered by you. If you use the pre-made return slip 49 kr will be deducted from the reimbursement.

When returning any items, please note that all items must be sent back with all labels and hang tags attached. The items must be in the same condition as when you received them. All orders must be well packed, so they are protected when being shipped. Mini Moe/Moe Winsnes Studio reserves the right to deny your return if the criteria above written is not met. 

 

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping of the return, unless the return is due to accepted complaint. The shipping of the parcel is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend to use the pre-made label, but you can also arrange your own return. We advise you to ship the parcel with a tracking number. You can email us your chosen shipping provider and the tracking number so we also keep a track of it.

As soon as we have received and approved your returned item(s) we will transfer the price for the purchased products (minus the return cost if you use the pre-made label). If you got free shipping on your order and your return means your order will be below the free shipping mark, we will deduct the cost for shipping from the reimbursement. 

 

International customers: to ensure a faster and correct customs processing, please clearly write RETURNED GOODS on the package. Also make sure to attach copies of the commercial invoice (which followed your package) on the outside of your return parcel, available for custom agent, to ensure there are no issues with the customs clearance.​​
